1. Prohibited Uses. You agree not to use the Website:

For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

To engage in unauthorized advertising, including spam or promotional messages.

To harm, exploit, or attempt to harm minors in any way.

To transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.

To interfere with the proper operation, security, or functionality of the Website.

To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.

1. Product Information and Availability. Faith & Essence makes every effort to display our handbags, accessories, product images, colors, descriptions, and details as accurately as possible.

However, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions, colors, textures, finishes, measurements, or images will be completely accurate, current, or free of error.

Please note that actual colors and product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, photography, device displays, and the natural characteristics of certain materials.

Minor variations in color, texture, stitching, structure, or hardware finish are considered normal and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

All products are subject to availability. Faith & Essence reserves the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities, or modify product descriptions at any time without prior notice.

1. Product Care. Our handbags and accessories are designed for normal personal use and should be handled with care.

To preserve the quality and appearance of your item, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture, excessive heat, direct sunlight, rough surfaces, sharp objects, oils, perfumes, chemicals, makeup, and abrasive materials.

Faith & Essence is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, negligence, exposure to external elements, or normal wear and tear.

1. Pricing and Payment.

(a) Prices. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and accepted.

(b) Payments. By submitting payment information, you authorize Faith & Essence to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes, shipping, and fees.

You represent and warrant that all payment information provided is true, accurate, and complete, and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

1. Shipping and Delivery. Faith & Essence may offer various shipping options. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the selected method and delivery location.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, natural disasters, incorrect shipping information, or events outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges associated with international deliveries.

1. Returns, Exchanges, Store Credit, and Refunds. At Faith & Essence, we want you to love every piece you receive. Please review the following policies regarding returns, exchanges, store credit, and refunds.

(a) Return and Exchange Period. We accept requests for exchanges or store credit within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date.

(b) No Refunds Except Limited Circumstances. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, preference, incorrect selection, or similar reasons. Refunds are only issued in cases of verified manufacturing defects or shipping errors attributable to Faith & Essence, and only when a replacement or exchange is not reasonably available.

(c) Eligibility Conditions. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all original tags attached, and must include its original packaging, including dust bag, protective bag, or box, if applicable.

Items must be free of stains, odors, scratches, makeup, perfume, damage, or any signs of wear.

Faith & Essence reserves the right to inspect all items before approving any exchange or store credit.

(d) Exchanges. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time the request is processed.

If the replacement item has a higher price, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.

If the replacement item has a lower price, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

Shipping costs associated with exchanges due to customer preference are the responsibility of the customer.

If the exchange is required due to an error by Faith & Essence or a verified manufacturing defect, Faith & Essence will cover the applicable shipping costs.

(e) Store Credit. Approved store credit never expires, has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may only be redeemed for future purchases at Faith & Essence.

Store credit is limited to the approved value of the item and does not include original shipping charges, unless otherwise required due to an error by Faith & Essence.

(f) Defective or Incorrect Items. Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive an incorrect item or believe your product has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and its original packaging.

Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

Manufacturing defects refer only to defects resulting from the production process. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, exposure to moisture, heat, chemicals, perfumes, makeup, sharp objects, or external factors are not considered manufacturing defects.

(g) Final Sale Items. Final sale items, discounted items, gift cards, personalized products, custom-made items, and items showing signs of use are not eligible for returns, exchanges, store credit, or refunds.

(h) Lost Packages. In the event that a package is lost in transit, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Faith & Essence is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are encouraged to check with neighbors, household members, property management, or the shipping carrier if a package is marked as delivered but has not been received.

(i) Incorrect Shipping Address. If an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer and the package is lost, delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly, Faith & Essence is not responsible for issuing a refund, replacement, or store credit.

If the package is returned to us undamaged, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order to the correct address.

(j) Order Changes and Cancellations. If you mistakenly select the wrong item or enter incorrect order details, please contact us immediately.

Order modifications or cancellations can only be made before the order is processed, packed, or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or assigned a tracking number, no changes or cancellations can be guaranteed.

1. Limitation of Liability. Faith & Essence is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Website, or for any content, product, or service obtained through the Website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faith & Essence disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Faith & Essence be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website or products purchased through the Website.

1. Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Faith & Essence, its owners, employees, affiliates, service providers, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of your violation of these Terms of Use, your misuse of the Website, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of any third party.

2. Governing Law. These Terms of Use and any disputes arising from your use of the Website or purchase of products from Faith & Essence shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Puerto Rico.

1. Entire Agreement. These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any other policies posted on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Faith & Essence regarding your use of the Website and purchase of products.
